Wall filter holder diffuser box with directed flow for operating rooms – Risk 3 (according to NFS 90-351)

APPLICATION

• Operating room Risk 3 according to NFS 90-351.
• Particularly suitable for electrophysiology and coronary angiography rooms.
• Ideal for operating rooms undergoing renovation or rooms with low ceilings.
• Non-unidirectional airflow for ISO 7 rooms at rest.

TECHNOLOGY / OPERATING PRINCIPLE

WFU is a HEPA filter diffuser unit that delivers a directed, low-velocity airflow to ensure air quality at the operating table level. It is particularly recommended in the presence of medical imaging equipment or in rooms with low ceilings.
RANGE
• Modular design: depending on the required flow rate, several modules are placed side by side.
• Casing length ranging from 675 mm (1T) to 4.725 mm (7T).
• Supply flow rate ranging from 350 (1T) to 4,620 m³/h (7T).

ASSEMBLY AND CONNECTION

• Install in the upper corner of the room, aligned with the operating table. Holes with cable glands are positioned at the four upper corners of the unit for attaching threaded rods.
• Connect to the air supply duct on the rear or top.
• Air returns are ideally located opposite the supply.
• The majority of the airflow is drawn from the opposite side of the WFU

  • • Air intake in operating rooms with M6* filtration as recommended in NFS 90-351.
    • Suitable for use in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics (powder extraction)...
    • Double-filtration intake grille G4* + F7*.
